Welcome to My Culinary web page. I am Chef Peter. I have a social media presense on tic tok, youtube, twitch, and facebook. As a professional chef I have spent many hours learning, exploring, and cooking in the world around me. I have a degree in culinary arts. I have studied under Award winning chefs, as well as run million dollar resturants. I started as a line cook and soon found a calling toward managment. I spent many years perfecting managing people and creating some amzing work enviroments. While my culinary career has been one of expericing succeses and faliures. Times of pure joy to time of total loss. The one thing I have found that connects all of these experences is food. My degree is from Johnson & Wales University. The culinary program is world renowned for teaching the food service industry and all of its complex componets. I found an amzing career in the country club indusrty. This is where I really grew as a chef. Having to learn new concepts and recipies daily. From there I found myself in a laedership roll again. Managing staff, cooking, and growing. I soon found an executive banquet chef postion creating and serving parties from as samll as 12 people to parties of over 1000. I have fed all walks of life from the homeless to billionares. we all have the one comon thread and that is food.
